In order to keep Community Care Center™ affordable, Dynamic Enterprise Solutions (DES) has structured its licensing program as a subscription based service renewed annually. Each license includes:
- Initial Product Training
- Unlimited number of user accounts
- No limit on the number of students tracked
- Capability to define look and feel (banner and color schema)
- Capability to define an unlimited number of outcomes
- Capability to define nomenclature for system terms
- Capability to define user groups and group access
- Immediate access to software fixes/enhancements
Alternatively, for organizations with an established technical infrastructure, Community Care Center™ may be obtained to operate on the licensee’s infrastructure. Under the stand-alone model, Community Care Center™ software is leased to the licensee and is available in no less than a one-year license plus a mandatory Maintenance Agreement (contact DES for associated Maintenance Agreement pricing). Each subsequent year, the license must be renewed to maintain a valid license.
