What are Dynamic Outcomes?
Most tools are purchased with a rigid set and format of measurements that may be captured (i.e. attendance and grades). Not Community Care Center. The Dynamic Outcomes feature of Community Care Center™ enables the licensee to dynamically create an unlimited number of critical performance measurements/outcomes.

Once created, users may begin capturing the new outcome/measurement for their cases immediately. Dynamic Outcomes may be formatted to contain up to two values, up to two dates, up to two notes, and up to two likert scales. If you can think of an outcome using any combination of these formats, you can track it.

The Dynamic Outcomes functionality is available for the Case Management component and the Personnel Management component. This means you can create an unlimited number of outcomes to track for your students as well as your staff.

How many user accounts can I setup?
Unlimited. Most software charges license fees based on the number of user accounts that are created. Not Community Care Center™. Community Care Center™ licensing is based on the number of locations you track childcare programs at... not the number of user accounts you create.

Any limit on the number of kids can I have in my childcare programs?
No Limit. Community Care Center™ allows for an unlimited number of kids being tracked.

Tell me more Community Care Center™ impact reports?
One of our main objectives when constructing Community Care Center™ was to enable childcare organizations the capability to show the impact their programs were having on the kids that attend their programs. As such, Community Care Center™ enables childcare organizations to track program attendance but also track outcomes. The impact reports simply allow users to see how many students are improving or not improving for a specified program attendance rate.

Can I manipulate reports?
Yes! All reports are generated in Microsoft Excel format and when opened in Excel may be manipulated. As such, many Community Care Center™ reports contain detailed data that encourage users to use the features of Excel to further manipulate/analyze reports.

Can Community Care Center™ import data?
Yes. However, you must contact us to import your data. There is a small fee for each data import we perform. Fees are typically $500 per import. Please contact us at 860.204.8102, email des@des-inc.net

How secure is Community Care Center™?
Community Care Center™ first uses Secure Socket Layers to encrypt all data passed between your browser and our servers. Secondly, Community Care Center™ enables each licensee to assign both object and row level security to each of its users. In simplier terms, this means you define which features your users will have access to and which locations your users will have access to view or enter data for.

Does DES offer maintenance and/or support agreements?
Yes. We will structure a maintenance or support agreement that is custom to your needs. We can provide various options ranging support agreements based on the number of user incidents to more comprehensive maintenance agreements based on a dedicated number of support hours...which we allow our customers to use for any purpose including but not limited to custom development, user support, or training.

What else can I customize without needing development assistance?
Critical to ensuring data integrity within Community Care Center™, setup tasks include a method to standardize the types of information users of the your organization may enter into Community Care Center™. Any data entered in the Setup component will correspondingly show up in all subsequent modules as “drop-down” options. For instance, your administrator may define the list of ethnicities to include Asian, African American, and Hispanic. Subsequently, users entering data for your organization will only be able to select from a list containing Asian, African American, and Hispanic when describing a student's ethnicity.

Can I really change terms in the system to reflect my organization's naming conventions?
Community Care Center™ provides functionality to rename certain system terms to reflect the licensee’s naming conventions. Community Care Center™ contains over 20 system terms that when renamed via the Setup component, are displayed throughout the system as labels for data entry fields. For instance, the common term “After School Program” renamed to “Childcare” will result in the immediate displaying of the new term “Childcare” throughout Community Care Center™.

Any collaboration tools in Community Care Center™?
Yes! The collaboration tools included within Community Care Center™ provide users a medium to share information as well as exchange ideas. Community Care Center™ contains calendars that display events, scheduled program days, and scheduled activity days as well as providing an online forum and newsletter.
